WHY ATTEND?

INNOVATION all-around

From Strategy to Execution

Innovation is not an end in itself.

  • It has to be part of the value proposition to customers.
  • It has to be part of the business strategy.
  • It can be part of the digital transformation.
  • It must be part of the organisational culture for doing business in the digital economy.

Innovation must be a key part of business change because any major change in the digital economy must be innovative both in its impact on outcomes (why) and in its innovative implementation (how). It must work at all levels and in all parts of the business (what and where) and involve new stakeholders (who else).

The INNOVATION all-around conference will comprehensively cover all these dimensions of innovation, from the strategic to the implementation level, from the role of the CEO to the role of innovators, from world-renowned innovation methods to change management and new business roles to foster a culture of innovation (e.g. HR and BA).

Data and artificial intelligence (AI) are rapidly transforming businesses across all industries. This lecture will explore how companies can innovate in the data and AI-driven economy. The processes, technologies, and skills that are needed to innovate and succeed in this rapidly evolving field will also be discussed.

The lecture will begin by defining the terms “data” and “AI” and discussing their implications for innovation in businesses.
